Sweetwater incorporates environmentally-friendly concepts, lush landscaping, acres of green space, lakes and parks, an extensive trail system and exceptional lifestyle amenities. Two historic barns (circa 1830) serve as focal points in both the community’s Sales & Information Center and Fitness Center.

Students attend the acclaimed Prosper ISD, as the community is home to new on-site Prosper ISD Light Farms Elementary and adjacent to the new $113M Prosper High School. The main road into the community will be an exit off the future Dallas North Tollway, making Light Farms even more accessible.
